UK Standard Delivery
FREE Delivery on orders over £150
Royal Mail sends all orders for delivery within the UK. This service is available Monday-Saturday (Excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered by next day courier service guaranteed by 1pm for all orders received by 4pm. – Orders that are received after 4pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are part of a trackable service and a tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.
Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm delivery is – £5.50
Failure to sign for delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local postal depot for collection.
DHL sends all orders for delivery outside the UK, which is charged at £30. This service is available Monday-Saturday (Excluding public holidays).
International orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days for all orders received by 4pm GMT. –Orders that are received after 4pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are part of a trackable service and tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

However, all goods purchased from MILOU&CO may be returned for a refund in the form of a credit note/e-gift voucher within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. All exchange requisitions must be completed within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. Please ensure you request a return or exchange via our return form on our website.
Please note: Important information
It is your responsibility to take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession. Any item to be returned must be returned in its original shipped condition and original intact packaging. Please note all hair must be returned still attached to the original label. If you have removed it from the label we are unable to re-sell the item.
You or your transporter are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Cost and risk of return will be at your expense and “MILOU&CO or we” strongly recommend that you get proof of postage or use a recorded signed or special delivery service for full tracking purposes.
For exchanged items, “MILOU&CO or we” may request for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping.
Please return the goods to the address on the top of your receipt/invoice and fill in the returns form available from our website.

Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per if you would like to secure your hair tresses before the item arrives with us.
You will proceed through the checkout as per usual to complete payment when pre-ordering.
